What's the best advice you were given when preparing for your second baby's arrival?

All of the advice I received (and educated myself on) regarding jealousy and preparing my oldest child. I did everything in my power to prepare my oldest and he is the best big brother in the world and almost never jealous. Doing my homework has paid off.What's the best advice you were given when preparing for your second baby's arrival?
Make sure you have someone who can take care of #1 while you and your partner are at the hospital for the delivery of #2 if you are not including the first in the delivery.





Some how I had overlooked that one, and it could have created a huge problem if someone hadn't said something before I was in labor.





Other than that, make sure you spend a little alone time with the older child everyday since they are used to having you all alone all the time.What's the best advice you were given when preparing for your second baby's arrival?
To try to get stuff done around the house when either child is sleeping, feed them at the same time, bathe at same time, read, and so on.
Most advice came when I was pregnant the first time, guess they figure you know more by than.
do not assume that the 2nd will be like your first- i had a great baby first and my 2nd is a h3ll raiser!!!!
