What kind of training programme for the gym will i need?
Does anyone know what kinds of things i will need to do properly from past experience and the right eating plans too?
I just want to get my overall figure alot bigger and to get really good agility too..
i'm currently 17. 6ft2ins but only 170lbs

i think you should work on your upper body so that its easier to pin people to the ground
and work on leg muscles so that you have more support on the ground so its harder for them to pin you
you need to have a lot of protein in your diet too
