since she is 2, you should take her to the vet. Is her diarrhea yellow or bloody? Is she lethargic? Is she losing her appetite and wanting to sleep more? If yes to most of these then don't wait to see the vet because it might be parvo.
The status of her nose is not relevant; the fact is that she has been ill for three days and is probably dehydrated. Get her to the veterinarian ASAP.
Hmmm .... diarrhea since Tuesday, vomiting since Wednesday ... this is now FRIDAY ...





3 days of diarrhea and 2 days of vomiting ... DEHYDRATION *might* be an issue, ya think?

Is her nose wet ? If her nose is wet she's healthy if not, she's sick and bring her to the doctor right away!!
Sounds like my dog about a month ago. A trip to vet fixed him right up along with a $175 bill.
