This girl must be pretty special,that is wonderful! You need to find the right place of environment and the right time so that there can be no interruptions.I would start in by telling her that you brought her (to what ever place you decide) to have the opportunity to tell her that you feel that she is wonderful and that you are really taken by her in all areas,that would it be okay with her if you could ask her out on a date because you really have strong feelings for her and you would like for it to advance into more if she would like to as well.That puts it out there on the table,then wait for her response.Which i hope it is what you want it to be.Best wishes and Good Luck with her!
Don't try to think of some smooth way of doing it. Just be yourself and be honest with her. There's nothing you can do to make it less awkward for yourself. You just have to take the plunge. It's a man thing. Good luck
Invite her out for a coke and a burger, if she accepts then get to know her and then tell her you like her and that you really enjoyed being with her and could we do it again sometime? like maybe tomorrow and spend more time together. she how she reacts and go from there.
This procedure is slow but effective. I once done this and it is effective. Day one you should bump her accidentally and tell her very sorry (Put your head down while aying sorry this way she will feel you are very sorry and at the same time humble).


Day two happen to meet her and tell her sorry last day and make it up to her introduce yourself then be friends. Then start a conversation be patient and eventually you will be together.
first of all you starr off by talking casally and then talk a little about the movies on the cinema and when she says that she likes to watch that movie (doesnt matter weather you like it or not)ask her ';you wanna go watch the movie with me like on a date?'; it might work good luck.
