Reduce your calories and make sure you have the essential fats, protein, and carbohydrates.
Does your rec. center have treadmills?
And some people believe that crunches and abdominal exercises can help lose fat in their gut. This statement is wrong, abdominal exercises build muscle in the abs, obviously and they do not lose fat. um you need to start with the eating. you can go to the gym 24/7 but if you dont change your eating habits, then you will Never lose weight. then you do excersice to trim and cut your body. but the number one thing is how you eat.
