I am a 270lb. 5ft 10in tall male and I want a good workout schedule to lose weight and my gut. Any Advice?

I have access to my cities recreation center but I am not a very good swimmer. I have already reduced my calorie intake but just need to get on a good physical routine . I walk for about an hour a night before bed also.I am a 270lb. 5ft 10in tall male and I want a good workout schedule to lose weight and my gut. Any Advice?
It's all about the diet.


Reduce your calories and make sure you have the essential fats, protein, and carbohydrates.


Does your rec. center have treadmills?


And some people believe that crunches and abdominal exercises can help lose fat in their gut. This statement is wrong, abdominal exercises build muscle in the abs, obviously and they do not lose fat. um you need to start with the eating. you can go to the gym 24/7 but if you dont change your eating habits, then you will Never lose weight. then you do excersice to trim and cut your body. but the number one thing is how you eat.
